Reordering usually means a document is still a work in progress — a draft report, a scanned form, a set of slides — exactly the kind of file you don't want sitting on someone else's server. NearPDF lets you drag pages into place locally, so the file never has to be uploaded just to fix its order.
When you save, NearPDF doesn't edit your file in place: it copies each page, in the order you arranged, into a brand-new PDF.
